This guide provides a detailed framework for the inventory and monitoring of disaster data in Bali. It emphasises the crucial role of data and information in disaster mitigation, preparedness, and response efforts.

This guide serves as a vital resource for the Bali Province Disaster Management Control Center (Pusdalops PB) personnel. It outlines clear roles, responsibilities, and procedures for effective disaster management, covering daily operations, emergency responses, and data handling.

Pusdalops PB has provided a sense of comfort and security for residents and tourists in the NTT Province due to the accurate data and information it provides. The data is verified through an effective collection process. INATana enables disaster data entry directly by regencies/cities in an integrated format with the provincial system and line with the national system.

The East Java BPBD, through the Disaster Management Emergency Operations Centre (Pusdalops PB), supported by the SIAP SIAGA Program, developed an e-Volunteer application to address the need for a comprehensive database and management platform. The e-Volunteer application, facilitates effective data management, making it easier and more efficient to mobilise volunteers.
