The “RAD Penerapan SPM Sub-Urusan Bencana NTT 2023-2024” outlines the regional action plan for implementing Minimum Service Standards (SPM) related to disaster management in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). The document, created in collaboration with the BPBD NTT and other local agencies, sets a framework to ensure the provision of essential disaster-related services, particularly focusing on vulnerable groups such as women, children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. It addresses key areas including disaster risk information, prevention and preparedness, and rescue and evacuation services. The plan also integrates Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) principles, aiming to enhance community resilience across the province. Through this action plan, NTT aims to improve its disaster response capabilities, align with national disaster management regulations, and ensure that all citizens have access to minimum disaster-related services.
