PIAR believes that a free and sovereign society can only be realised when Human Rights and Democracy have truly become basic principles and foundations in all forms of social, economic, political, legal and cultural interactions in state and social life. Responsibility is an absolute requirement for the establishment of democracy and the protection and fulfilment of civil political rights as well as economic, social, cultural, and environmental rights, which are based on social justice. Therefore, all structures/systems, policies and culture in the state administration are contrary to the supremacy of law, human rights, democracy, and social justice must be abolished.
