Measuring the level of regional resilience is an integration of risk assessment and regional readiness status to face various disaster threats. In the national disaster management system, the risk assessment stage is the responsibility of the National and Subnational Governments to produce informed planning towards the development of a Golden Indonesia 2045. In the monitoring process, the Regional Resilience Index (IKD) becomes a capacity component in making the Indonesian Disaster Risk Index (IRBI). It is needed as a reference for monitoring and evaluating regional resilience development.
