The three main pillars of YISI’s basic values, namely Human, Nature and God, must be able to be embodied in the values ​​of change that must be fought for by all parties in a balanced, integrated, total and sustainable manner. YISI has a Vision, Mission, Goals and Programs to emphasise that community empowerment must be carried out by looking at three important pillars, namely the economic, environmental and educational sectors. Through these three pillars, ISI integrates what is then called Integrated Community Development (ICD). This program model empowers communities through the economic, environmental and educational sectors in an integrated and sustainable manner.
