This publication is designed to support Destana implementers in understanding the substance and technicalities of executing Destana initiatives using a collaborative approach as part of an acceleration strategy to bolster community resilience in East Java Province. It offers ideas for implementing village resilience initiatives, enrichment materials, and preparatory steps for applying the collaborative approach in Destana. While providing general guidance for the region’s acceleration strategy, it also outlines the initial stages of Destana’s development. For a comprehensive understanding of community resilience initiation and development, this document should be read alongside the Village Resilience Road Map for East Java 2022-2026.
