The “Kajian Risiko Bencana Provinsi Bali 2024-2028” document outlines the disaster risks faced by Bali due to its geographical location. Bali is prone to 14 types of disasters, including geological (earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions), hydrometeorological (floods, droughts, extreme weather), and anthropogenic (epidemics, technological failures). The document highlights the need for systematic and integrated disaster management planning to prevent overlapping efforts and ensure all critical actions are addressed. It provides an in-depth risk assessment, evaluates regional capacity and preparedness, identifies root causes, and offers recommendations for effective disaster mitigation and response strategies in Bali.
