Minimum Service Standard Disaster Management (MSS DM)

Minimum Service Standards for Disaster Management are provisions for basic services which are mandatory government affairs that every citizen is entitled to receive at a minimum. The provision of quality public services for disaster affairs by local governments is intended to create welfare. The SIAP SIAGA program supports the Government of Indonesia by mapping the needs of Norms, Standards, Procedures, and Criteria (NSPK) for implementing SPM SUB in the regions, facilitating the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) and the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) for the development of NSPK SPM SUB according to central government priorities through consultation with selected local governments as well as supporting the strengthening of governance and institutions of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD)
